About This Product
A flat disc hung from a phosphor bronze ribbon makes torsional oscillations in the liquid, and the damping of these oscillations is used to find the viscosity. The masses on the cross-bar let the disc be balanced level, and the concave mirror allows the angular amplitude to be read by the lamp and scale method. The open base takes different sample vessels. The Mayer's Viscosity Apparatus can be packed and shipped to Yemen, Turkey, Syria, Oman and Lebanon.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is the swing of the disc read?
