About This Product
This warming system uses a flexible, waterproof low-voltage heating pad that slides under a soft plastic water mattress, held in an inflatable nest frame with a cotton cover that is secured tightly around the mattress and pad. It warms up automatically to 37°C and settles in about 20 minutes, and a large colour display shows the operating status with set and measured values. The system checks its parameters every 5 minutes and runs a self-test when the control unit is switched on, and an over temperature alarm sounds at a water temperature of 39.5 ±1 °C. Because the water mattress cools by about 1°C per hour, there are about 2 hours to restore power after a failure.
