About This Product

This washer handles micro-plates or strips for ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) through an 8-channel manifold, with its own vacuum and pressure pump and bottles for waste, rinse and wash solutions. Each protocol stores an assay name of up to 16 characters along with cycles, wash volume, flow rate, soak times, aspiration and dispensing. Flow rate runs from 150 to 1000ul/well/second, and crosswise or double aspiration of flat-bottom plates reduces residual liquid. The electronics are isolated from the fluidics, there is spill-over protection, and a dust cover is included.
